Order Tracking & Delivery Policy

At Vaporium Plus, we prioritize secure, age-verified deliveries. Here's how our process works:

Real-Time Delivery Updates

  • You'll receive a text notification when your order is out for delivery

  • Delivery typically occurs within 3 hours of this notification

Driver Communication Protocol

  • 30-minute advance text before arrival

  • Second text upon arrival at your location

Mandatory Age Verification

✔ All recipients must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID
✔ ID name must exactly match order details
✔ No exceptions will be made

Failed Delivery Consequences

❌ Non-matching IDs:

  • Delivery fee forfeited

  • $10 penalty for false representation

  • Items returned to store

  • Refund issued to original payment method (minus fees)

❌ Missed Deliveries:

  • One reattempt (if available)

  • After second failure:

    • Items returned

    • Refund issued minus 15% restocking fee

Important Notes

  • Disposable vapes cannot be returned once delivery is completed

  • Signature required for all deliveries

  • No third-party pickups allowed

Delivery & Refund Policy

At Vaporium Plus, we strive to provide fast and reliable service. Please review our delivery and refund policy before placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed on the same day.

  • Delivery times vary based on your location.

  • Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and or text message.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations & refunds are only possible if the order has not yet shipped.

  • Approved refunds may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account.

  • We accept In-Store Returns Only: To request a refund, you must visit one of our physical locations:

    • Store Address 1: 8310 rockville road, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46234.

    • Store Address 2: 215 East Main Street, Westfield, Indiana, 46074.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 1 day of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Disposable vapes are non-refundable after 1 hour of receipt. (Notify us of damaged items within time frame with picture or proof of damage)

  • No refunds will be issued for certain opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.

Final Notes

  • No mail-in returns – all refunds must be processed in-store.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Sale items are final unless defective.
