Failed Delivery Consequences

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations & refunds are only possible if the order has not yet shipped.

We accept In-Store Returns Only: To request a refund, you must visit one of our physical locations:

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 1 day of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Disposable vapes are non-refundable after 1 hour of receipt. (Notify us of damaged items within time frame with picture or proof of damage)

No refunds will be issued for certain opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.

No mail-in returns – all refunds must be processed in-store.
